islot accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is displayed on the Platform's deposit page.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and that matches the identity on your islot Account. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. islot reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources and to restrict the Account pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. islot does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges for which islot is not responsible.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) where applicable. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation. islot is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) the absence of any active wagering requirement that covers the funds to be withdrawn; and (c) compliance with the withdrawal limits applicable to the chosen payment method.

islot reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, are flagged by the Platform's risk management system, or are accompanied by incomplete KYC documentation. Such checks may extend the processing time, and islot will communicate with the relevant Player during this process.

islot does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. islot is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, telecommunication disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance downtime.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude islot's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by islot's negligence to the extent such limitation or exclusion would be unlawful.

islot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, detection of prohibited activities, or receipt of a regulatory or law enforcement directive.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the Player, islot reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the Account Balance, including any deposited funds and winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the outcome of any investigation.
Players may voluntarily request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting islot's support team. Upon voluntary closure of an Account with a positive real money Balance (and no outstanding wagering requirements), islot will process a final withdrawal of the real money Balance to a verified payment method in the Player's name.
